We have chosen a multidisciplinary approach, because we want to have activities for everyone, from children to the elderly and from injured to healthy individuals.

We offer: Fitness, aerobics, Zumba, rehabilitation, personal training, circuit training/HIIT, sport specific strength training (we are the official partner of The Hague Topsport), running/cardio workouts in the dunes, boxing lessons, support services of physiotherapists, lifestyle coaches and a dietician.

The students and teachers of the Academy for Sport Studies (of The Hague University of Applied Sciences) provide optimum guidance.
Our location close to the dunes of The Hague can make it extra fun to get that workout.
