I believe that no one should live with persistent pain and high stress levels and am therefore on a mission to let people see that they are in control of their own well-being after all.

The FITIVITYY program is very much focused on education, a detailed analysis of body alignment issues that may lead to pain an discomfort, teaching people to be mindful when it comes to their bodies, movement and nutrition and breaking some mental barriers. All this whilst having fun of course.

The program builds up gradually. It starts with a mobility phase aka, setting the foundation, and then introduced bigger movements once the client has received clearance from the head coach.
